Kay Paterson, Kelli and the boys.

Kay has been a team member of Golden Roast since 1990 having operated as the Noosa manager and then decided to take the opportunity of a new place in the sun.

Now with her new team all trained in the Golden Roast Spit Roast concept, she has developed new menus to suit the tropics.

Where possible North Queensland fruit and vegetables are used and the Pork, Beef and Chickens are all from local producers.
